Our Services

We provide packages that include pre-wedding consulting and/or day of coordination of outside vendors, decorations, accessories, and ceremony and reception set up. As a budget-friendly wedding coordinator, we do not negotiate contracts or visit venues, we simply help guide you in creating your perfect wedding day. Our ultimate goal is that you and your family can enjoy the day together and be confident knowing the details are in good hands.

Initial Consultation

All couples will have an initial consultation to discuss their vision, their ideas, and their budget, and we will help to create an individualized, affordable package that will meet your wants and needs as you embark on the wedding planning process.

Pre-Wedding Planning

Each couple will receive a personalized timeline to help organize the things they have to do before the big day (including those they might not ever have even though about!). From the biggest steps, like picking a date and finding a venue, to the smallest of elements, like ordering favors or finding your “something blue,” we will guide you all the way. With our expertise, organization, and as many consultations and check-ins as you need along the way, we will ensure that no detail is overlooked and that your wedding day (and the days and months leading up to it) are fun and stress-free!

Day-Of Coordination

Day of services include absolutely anything and everything that the couple and their family may need. Everything from flowers, cakes, decor, and more can be picked up and taken to venues. Ceremony and reception decorations will be ready for you when you walk down the aisle or arrive at your reception so that all you have to do is enjoy. If your bridesmaid forgot her shoes, or your groomsman ripped his tuxedo pants (it happens!), we can get to the nearest store and take care of that too. We provide Another Mother to take care of the details while your family makes memories together!

Pre-Wedding and Day-Of combined packages start at $2100.

Custom packages and pricing are also available for ceremony rehearsals, rehearsal dinner coordination, or any other wedding-related events.
